 I left Inujima Seirensho Art Museum, took a walk around Inujima Island.

瀬戸内国際芸術祭を鑑賞しながら、島内をてくてくお散歩。

Inujima 犬島 1

 I went to Inujima Island from Teshima Island in April.

４月。豊島から船で犬島へ。

 At first I visited Inujima Seirensho Art Museum.

まず、犬島精錬所美術館へ向かいます。

 Inujima Seirensho Art Museum was amazing! 

美術館内部は撮影禁止。とても素晴らしかった！　もう一度行ってみたいと思う。

 I took a walk around the museum.

周囲をてくてくお散歩。

The refinery ruins were converted into Inujima Seirensho Art Museum in 2008.

歴史が感じられる。

Teshima 豊島 2

 On April 16, I visited Teshima again.

６日後、ふたたび豊島へ。はやめに宇野港へ行き、高速船のチケットを買ってから周辺をお散歩。この日は高速船がすぐ満席になり、はやめに宇野港に着いていて良かった。

 I rent an electronically assisted bicycle and headed to Teshima Art Museum.

豊島に着いたらすぐに電動自転車をレンタル。まっすぐ豊島美術館へと向かいました。

 This pathway led to Teshima Art Museum.

豊島美術館の円形の建物へと続く歩道。わくわくする。

 I really enjoyed Teshima Art Museum. After I got out the museum, I went to its cafe.

美術館は円形のコンクリートの建物。鳥の声が聞こえ、風を感じ、静かな素晴らしい空間。そこに10分くらいの滞在か、１時間以上の滞在か、人それぞれ感じ方が違うと思う。私はゆっくり堪能しました。建物から出ると、たくさんの人。朝いちばんに行くか、予約をして行くのがよいでしょう。

左の円形の建物は、カフェとショップ。

 I had lunch in the cafe.

豊島美術館のカフェでランチ。

 The scenery around Teshima Art Museum was amazing!

豊島美術館の周辺は段々畑があり、絶景。

 A big bird flew toward me. It was a pheasant.

景色を眺めていると、大きな鳥が飛んできた。なんとキジ！

 I went around Teshima island by electronically assisted bicycle, enjoyed beautiful scenery and works of Setouchi Triennale 2016.

瀬戸内国際芸術祭を鑑賞しながら、島をめぐります。電動自転車なら、上り坂も大丈夫。

 There was a work of Setouchi Triennale 2016 in the woods.
