Blue Mountains ブルーマウンテンズ 1

 On my way from NZ to Japan, I stayed in Australia for three nights. I stayed at Sydney the first night, I headed to Katoomba by train on the following morning. 

2015年12月、ニュージーランドから帰国途中。経由地のシドニーで１泊した翌朝、電車で約２時間、カトゥンバへ。

 I left my backpack at Katoomba YH.

まず、カトゥンバYHに荷物を置いて、お散歩。

 I had visited Katoomba in 2006. I had taken a walk around Katoomba and visited a cave at that time.

ここは、2006年1月にも宿泊しました。2006年のてくてくお散歩はこちら。いろんな場所をお散歩したり、洞窟のツアーに参加したりしました。

 I walked towards the famous observatory, Echo Point.

ブルーマウンテンズ国立公園が見渡せるエコーポイントへ、てくてくお散歩。

キバタン。ここではよく見かけます。

 These flowers look like brushes.

オーストラリアではよく見かける、ブラシのような花。

 Blue Mountains National Park 

ブルーマウンテンズ国立公園。広いです。

 I took a walk along a pathway on the cliff.

崖に沿った遊歩道をてくてくお散歩。歩きやすい。

 I noticed there was something. 

向こうの崖下に何か見えます。

 It was Scenic Railway. I rode it later to climb up the cliff.

あっという間に崖を登り降りできる乗り物です。お散歩の最後にこれで崖上に登りました。

 I looked back the pathway I had walked.

歩いて来た遊歩道を振り返ります。

I enjoyed great scenery, flowers and wildlife. I kept on walking.

風景はもちろん、花や鳥なども楽しみながら、お散歩を続けます。
